in remote St Helena, and wanting to get to North America
before hurricane season, Richard Hudson sailed his 50' schooner,
Issuma, singlehanded from the South Atlantic island of St Helena
to Virginia. Almost two months alone at sea was a great
experience for him, which he will explain, as well as share
some of the technical details involved in singlehanded passagemaking.
